Trafford Oliver was established in early 2011 by Charles Trafford BSc (Hons) MRICS.
Charles graduated in 1991 and has over 25 years experience in the commercial property market. During this time Charles has worked for a variety of organisations which include Local Authorities, the Valuation Office, National Corporate Organisations and Regional private practice firms.
He became Head of High Street Retail Agency whilst at Chesterton in Birmingham, before taking on a similar role at Innes England in Nottingham. Charles then became a Director at Bartlett Property before taking the decision to set up his own consultancy at Trafford Oliver.
Charles is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Accessible Retail and the Shop Agents Society.
